BookAnIV is an online directory that connects consumers with IV therapy providers. We provide a platform for IV therapy businesses to list their services and for consumers to discover and compare providers in their area.
3. Provider Listings
Providers who list their business on BookAnIV agree to the following:
- All information provided must be accurate and up-to-date
- You must have proper licensing and insurance to operate your IV therapy business
- Listings are subject to our content guidelines and may be removed for violations
- Subscription fees are non-refundable after the 7-day trial period
- You are responsible for maintaining your listing information
4. Payments and Billing
Provider listings require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan (monthly or annual). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.
5. User Conduct
Users of the Service agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
6. User Content
Any content submitted to BookAnIV must be accurate, lawful, and comply with our content guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines or is deemed inappropriate.
7. Disclaimer
BookAnIV is a directory service only. We do not provide medical advice, endorse any specific provider, or guarantee the quality of services provided by listed businesses. Users should conduct their own due diligence before booking any IV therapy treatment.
8. Limitation of Liability
BookAnIV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from any IV therapy treatment received from a listed provider.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
